Boy, smart thinking Aussie lawyer Mark McCormack became the first person in the world to serve legal papers via FaceBook. After Mr McCormack tried all other avenues to foreclose on the couple’s home, he sort permission from the courts to get the papers served via FaceBook.If it was any consolation to the couple, at least the judge had foresight not to allow Mr McCormack to post them on their wall but subtlety send the papers via its private email system. Yoh, judge! Guess they can now add a shark to their aquarium!
