  • Dr Death’s Excellent Adventure
By Friggin Loon on February 6, 2009 | No Friggin Comments Friggin Comments

One of the worst Nazi’s never to have been caught for war crimes during World War II is believed dead. Dr Death (aka Aribert Heim) the cruel and evil concentration camp doctor had allegedly been hiding out in Cairo all these years, despite a world wide hunt for the beast. Seems his son Ruedifer Hiem and the whole Hiem family knew of his whereabouts all along. Hmm, makes you wonder how hard authorities were looking? Surely staking out the family (especially the son) would be detective work 101. Ruedifer is now claiming he met with his daddy dearest often and even cared for him during his cancer operation. This, despite telling authorities he had no idea of his father’s whereabouts.
Dr Death was allegedly hiding under Islam (smart move for the Nazi), he converted and changed his name to Tarek Hussein Farid in an attempt to hide. Because lets face it no one would be looking for him under that name (lucky he didn’t pick Saddam!).
Reports are now surfacing that he died from intestinal cancer in 1992 and left a suitcase full of clues which have since been unearthed by a German TV station and the New York Times. OK, the skeptic in me thinks this could be an elaborate set up by Hiem’s family because there isn’t a body nor a grave (only their word and that ain’t worth Jack!). And why now? The dude would be 94 if he was alive, maybe the family are trying to get him into a nice nursing home without hassles?

OK, of course I have a friggin video! This was posted 6 months ago, I think these dudes were way off the scent but give some interesting background and motive for the recent buzz. Hmm, seems there is a lot of money at stake to prove the Doc is dead! Oh and pray tell, why hasn’t his bank account been seized? Interesting how many Nazi were hiding out in South America? Ain’t that right Mr Mengele.

    Oh and there’s more….

    RIP Gus

    RIP Gus

Oh no, Gus the ugliest dog in the world has died. The one-eyed, three legged Chinese Crested pooch took out the “World’s Ugliest Dog” title in Sonoma-Marin Fair in northern California this year, despite being up against some friggin ugly competitors. Gus had impressed the judges with his, hmm let’s say “special” attributes.Gus had a bad start in life being rescued from a crate in a garage where his previous evil owners had kept him. The long tongued canine lost his leg due to a skin tumor and the eye was lost in a cat fight. A devastated owner Jeanenne Teed used the World’s Ugliest Dog prize money to pay for Gus’s cancer treatment.Gus was 9. RIP Gus

He was admitted to the Raymond-Poincare de Garches hospital in Paris on Sunday. It is believed he caught pneumonia whilst filming L’Enfance d’Icare in Romania, where he had been working on a new movie .Never far from headlines Guillaume had a difficult youth, marked by drug addiction, male prostitution and high-speed road accidents. In 1995 Guillaume had a motorcycle accident after a suitcase fell from a vehicle in front of him. RIP Dennis

    RIP Dennis

Dennis the wayward Mannatee, who found himself lost in Sesuit Harbor, died an undignified death on the back of a truck, Sunday. The tragedy unfolded after the 1,000lb Dennis was captured by a group of marine and wildlife experts and then placed on a truck to be transported to Seaworld in Orlando,Florida. One hour short of its destination, Dennis, passed away. The 20 hour trip was thwart with difficulties as manatees have such high body temperatures and need constant dousing with water. Unfortunately, Dennis had to be transported out of Sesuit harbor because he was showing signs of cold stress. Fork lifts, a canvas sling  and a big friggin truck where required to lift the gentle beast from the water. A spokesman for the International Fund for Animal Welfare said “Everything looked to be encouraging but then he just crashed and now we all feel like we had the rug pulled out from under us a little.” RIP big guy.

  • Dr Nitschke’s Voluntary Euthanasia Goes Online
By Friggin Loon on October 13, 2008 | 1 Friggin Comment1 Comment Friggin Comments

Dr Philip Nitschke, the man who made voluntary euthanasia a household name and who scared the living crap out of every healthy elderly person with large inheritances, has launched an eHandbook (bless). Yes, entitled Peaceful Pill it is a compilation of the “most reliable and peaceful methods” of bumping yourself off or as insurance companies like to call it ’suicide’. The eHandbook (released online) was a direct result of Australia banning his printed version 18 months ago and avoids Australian legislation (sneaky). Exit International (Dr Nitschke’s organization) has been running workshops (dear god, I hope they don’t include demonstrations!) in Australia for several years. Exit International’s aim is to educate people, who have incurable diseases etc on how to die with dignity.

  • Kazuyoshi Miura Commits Suicide in LA Cell
By Friggin Loon on October 11, 2008 | No Friggin Comments Friggin Comments

Gosh, I didn’t even have time to write about his arrival and now he has departed! Kazuyoshi Miura, the man dubbed “Japanese OJ Simpson”, has been found dead in an apparent suicide after being extradited to the US. Miura had only been in Los Angeles for one day when he was found hanging in his cell. Miura hit the news in 1981 when he and his wife were shot during an alleged robbery in a Los Angeles car park (remember that). Whilst Miura received a minor injury to his leg, his wife, Kazumi, was shot in the head. She was later flown by the US Airforce back to Japan, where she remained in a coma until her death, a year later. The incident left  ill feelings amongst the Japanese who condemned the random violence sweeping the US at the time. But things started to unravel a few years later when Miura’s mistress came forward claiming Mr innocent had actually asked her to kill his wife, a few months prior to the shooting. It was claimed husband dearest was after the life insurance check (will they ever learn?). In 1987 he was charged for his wife’s murder in a Japanese court but was released 11 years later on appeal. A US judge last month ordered Miura to be extradited to LA to face conspiracy charges (damn that double jeopardy). Evidently his attorney, Mark Geragos, (remember him) is shocked at the sudden turn of events. Shame, had he not done himself in, Miura may have had an opportunity to co-write a book with OJ “If We Did It Together”.

  • Austria’s Joerg Haider Dies in Car Crash
By Friggin Loon on October 11, 2008 | 1 Friggin Comment1 Comment Friggin Comments

One of Austria’s far right politicians, Joerg Haider, has died in a car crash near Klagenfurt in Carinthia. Haider suffered head and chest injuries after the car he was driving , Volkswagen Phaeton, veered off the road and rolled in the early hours of the morning. He died at the scene. It was believed he was heading to a family reunion to celebrate his mother’s 90th birthday. Haider was the former leader of the Austrian Freedom Party, and was known for his anti-immigration and anti-EU policies.Stefan Petzner, the deputy leader of Haider’s Alliance for Austria’s Future, declared “For us this is the end of the world.” Haider had long been a critic of Austrian politics, strongly opposing immigration and the bludging unemployed. In 1989 he found himself in hot water when he praised the employment policies of Nazi Germany (Doh!) and had to resign. Don’t forget Haider’s parents were members of the Nazi party.A few years later and he was big trouble again when he proudly declared that the SS were “a part of the German army which should be honoured”. One of his most noted insults was when he said of Ariel Muzicant (one of the richest men in Austria and the president of the Viennese Jewish community) “I do not understand how someone named Ariel (the name of a popular laundry detergent) can catch so much filth.” Joerg Haider was 58.

ACCIDENT UPDATE : Joerg Haider was reportedly partying at a nightclub before he got behind the wheel intoxicated in the early hours of the morning. It is also confirmed he was more than three times over the legal alcohol limit (1.8) at the time of the accident.

GAY UPDATE :Oh crap, it had to happen Haider’s “life partner” Stefan Petzner has come out to speak of his “special relationship”. Alrighty then, we can all read between those lines! Not that there is anything wrong with that!
